The Bluelab Dosetronic Peridoser Kit provides you with everything you need to set up an accurate, easy to manage, automated nutrient management system. How does the Bluelab Dosetronic Controller work?
The Dosetronic provides continuous control of the desired levels of nutrient and temperature.
All you do is program the required levels of conductivity, pH and temperature as the crop progresses through each growing phase. You retain control and the Dosetronic backs you up! This enables fast and accurate alterations to the feed system as the needs of the crop change.
The Dosetronic can be used for a wide range of applications including Hydroponics, Horticulture, Agriculture, Floriculture and Aquaculture and is ideally suited for re-circulating hydroponic NFT systems.
Automated and accurate nutrient control
The Bluelab Dosetronic Controller provides continuous control of conductivity, temperature and pH levels of a solution by adding fertiliser and pH corrector into your mixing tank via peristaltic pumps.
Simply program the Bluelab Dosetronic Controller with the conductivity, temperature and pH values that you want your system to run at and tailor the dosing intervals to suit the size of your mixing tank. The Dosetronic will then take care of the hard work for you.
By using high performance conductivity and pH probes, the Bluelab Dosetronic Controller will intelligently control the strength of your re-circulating solution to a high level of accuracy. When it detects that the conductivity or pH levels have fallen outside of your pre-programmed set points, the Bluelab Dosetronic Controller will automatically trigger the dosing of more nutrient or pH corrector until those levels have stabilised. The job of the Dosetronic does not stop there. It will tirelessly control your system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 12 months a year.
Solution or air temperature control
The innovative design of the Dosetronic means you can choose to control either the nutrient solution temperature, or the air temperature, depending on which is more critical to your growing environment.
All you do is select the heating or cooling equipment required to control the temperature of the air or solution, program in the temperature settings you require, and plug the equipment into the controller. You then place the temperature probe (supplied with the Dosetronic) where control is required.

Bluelab Peridoser™
Bluelab Peridosers are one of the most reliable ways of dosing stock solution into your nutrient tanks. You can trust they will dose the correct amount day after day! They are built strong and tough for ongoing performance.
The Bluelab Peridosers are peristaltic pumps, modified especially by Bluelab to connect to a nutrient controller. A peristaltic pump moves fluid by mechanically squeezing a flexible tube and pushing liquid along the inside of the tube. They are often used in bottling plants and industrial washers.
The Dosetronic Peridoser Kit uses the Bluelab Triple Peridoser for A, B and pH dosing. It comes complete with a power supply. The Peridoser is built inside a strong, everlasting stainless steel casing.
Each peridoser pump doses 350ml/min.
The only maintenance required for the Peridoser is replacing the advanced tubing inside the pump which is carried out approximately every two years and lubricating with the Peridoser Tube Lube every 6 months. Every Peridoser comes with a free 15cc syringe of Tube Lube.
