Get it's motor running.....3 x AA Super Heavy Duty batteries are required for use in the Bluelab Truncheon® family of meters.
Do not use a mix of brands, types or ages of batteries in your Truncheon Meters. Alkaline batteries are 'OK' to use, but they are very heavy and will often leak before they need replacing, which could damage the Truncheon Meter.
The batteries are inserted into the Truncheon body, after removal of the twist off battery cap, positive (+) end down. Ensure the battery cap is replaced and tighten firmly to form a waterproof seal.
Our batteries will give you 1 year + of trouble free use in the Truncheon Meter.
